I love the ease of this bread, it feels good to knead and easy rise. It bakes up so marvelous and you can add in a 1/2 cup of raisens or candied fruit to give it a festive feel. I always top the glaze with pastel sprinkles for Easter and a dusting of red sugar for Christmas time. It makes it so pretty. You will be proud to bring this to a party.
