I always had Sheppards Pie as a child. It was one of my favorite dishes Mom used to make. When I had my own children, I thought it would be easy and timeless to do. I was wrong. It takes some time. So I created a dish, that has all the elements of Sheppards Pie, without the bake time. I mean really, it all goes down the same way, right?! So enjoy this as my family does!
