Ingredients [?] Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   1 tsp garlic powder
  •   2 Tbs soy sauce
  •   1 medium onion, chopped
  •   2 stalks of celery, chopped
  •   8 oz baby carrots
  •   quart of water
  •   4 boneless chicken breasts
  •   1/4 cup sesamw aeed oil

Instructions

  1. chop up the raw chicken into bite size pieces. sear the chicken in the sesame oil, stir constantly. when lightly browned, turned down the heat to medium, add the water. Add your carrots, celery, soy sauce, garlic powder and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Boil with the lid on, stirring ocassionally, until the vegetables and chicken until they are cooked and tender. If the water boils down add more as needed to keep it soupy. (If you like, you can add a tsp of teriaki sauce to the pot to give it a bit of extra zip. But it's great without it.)
