Change Serving Size
  • add   4 potatoes, peeled and diced(about 2 lb/1 kg)
  • add   1/2 cup butter
  • add   3 onions, finely chopped
  • add   1 cup celery, finely diced
  • add   1 each, small sweet green & red pepper, diced
  • add   1/4 cup flour
  • add   1 tbsp herbs de Provence
  • add   2 tsp salt
  • add   1 tsp pepper
  • add   1 pound lobster meat( or craw fish), thawed and cut in bite size pieces
  • add   2 cans( each 385 ml) 2% evaporated milk
  • add   1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. in a deep pot on low medium heat melt the butter add the flour to golden brown add the Onion, potato, green pepper , celery & red pepper stir then add the 2 can of Evap- Milk . add salt & pepper , de Provence season. let simmer for 15 min. if too thick add more milk. add cut lobster meat let simmer on low heat for 5 min. if it is uncook lobster. cook for 5 more min then add the parsley stir. let simmer for 5 min. make sure you like the consistency turn the stove of let it sit for 6-10 min. ready to serve. garnish with parsley
  2. Note: this is my direction.
  3. I did not receive any direction for her preparation.so I hope it comes out as good as her! i am suggesting to add Tabasco & lemon juice
