  • add   1 cup grated parmessan cheese
  • add   1 - 2 cans peach halves (drained)
  • add   1 - 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • add   2 tbsp. catsup
  • add   1 can beef broth
  • add   1 1/4 cups water
  • add   1 pkg. slivered almonds
  • add   1/2 cup margarine
  • add   1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • add   1/2 tsp. pepper
  • add   2 tsp. salt
  • add   3/4 cup flour
  • add   6 halves boneless, skinless chicken breast - cut into 2 pieces each


  1. Mix together seasoning & flour in plastic bag. Shake 2-3 pieces of chicken at a tune in bag of flour & seasoning. Brown Chicken in margarine. Remove and place in 9 x 13 casserole.Save seasoning flour mixture to use later.Brown almonds (reserving 2 tbsp.) in skillet drippings. Slowly stir in flour mixture into pan, gradually stir in water and broth. Stir in catsup, cook until thickened. Remove from heat. Add sour cream. Pour over chicken, cover & bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Remove from oven, add peaches, cut side up. Sprinkle with parmessan cheese and reserved almonds. Bake an additional 10 - 15 minutes, uncovered. Serves 6 people. May be served over noodles or rice.
