  •   2 teaspoons salt
  •   1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  •   1 small onion, grated
  •   3/4 cup fresh bean sprouts
  •   1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  •   1/2 cup sugar
  •   2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  •   1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  •   3/4 cup vegetable oil
  •   DRESSING:
  •   2 cups chopped unpeeled Granny Smith apples
  •   1 pound fresh spinach, torn

Instructions

    1. In a large salad bowl, combine the first five ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients. Just before serving, pour over salad and toss.
