Prep:

Had extra apricot preserves. Started mixing things. This was the result Serve with apricot ham gravey if desired or just the pan juices.

  • add   1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • add   1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • add   8-10 lbs cooked ham
  • add   3/4 cup apricot preserves
  • add   3/4 cup brown sugar
  • add   3/4 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven 350 degrees Place ham in a large baking pan.
  2. Mix rest of ingredients.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Pour over ham.
  5. Bake 20 minutes per pound.
  6. Baste often with pan juices.
  7. Slice ham.
  8. Serves 12.
