- add 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- add 2 teaspoons lime zest
- add 1 green chili pepper
- add 2 tomatoes
- add 1 teaspoon lime juice
- add 2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
- add 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- add 1/4 avocado
- add 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- Combine tomatoes, onions, avocado, peppers, parsley, vinegar, lime peel, juice and cumin.
- Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
