- add 12 slices lox or smoked salmon
- add 1 Tbsp. chives, chopped
- add 2 Tbsps. sour cream
- add 1/4 lb. cream cheese
- add 1/4 lb. soft blue vein cheese
- add 6 whole wheat bagels
- Cut bagels in half and set aside. Cream together blue cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and chives until smooth. Spread on one side of bagels, top each with 2 slices salmon and sandwich with top of bagel.
