baked alaskan king crab & artichoke dip

I had this dip at a super bowl party just last night. The lady that made it is allergic to crab so she used shrimp instead. It was excellent so I'm sure the crab will be just as good.

Ingredients [?] Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   1 lb. King Crab meat
  •   1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  •   8 oz. cream cheese
  •   1/2 cup sour cream
  •   1/4 cup grated parmesan
  •   1/4 cup green onions minced
  •   1 clove garlic minced
  •   1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
  •   1 teaspoon tabasco pepper sauce
  •   Salt and Pepper to taste
  •   1 cup Artichoke Hearts (drained)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and gently stir until thoroughly mixed. Place in oven proof casserole and bake for 40 minutes.
  3. Serve hot with crackers and assorted vegetables such as carrots, sliced zucchini, celery sticks and bell pepper strips.
