  • add   Salt to Taste
  • add   1/2 a stick of Butter
  • add   Red Food colour
  • add   4 Tsp Lime juice
  • add   2 Tsp Garlic paste
  • add   2 Tsp Ginger paste
  • add   1/2 Tsp mixed spices ( cardomon, cinnamon, Cloves, Star Anniseed, Black Cardomon )
  • add   1 Tsp Cumin powder
  • add   1/2 Tsp Pepper powder
  • add   2 Tsp Chilli powder
  • add   1 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • add   1 Whole Chicken

Instructions

  1. First clean the whole chicken and remove the skin. Then on the fleshy side of the chicken and the thighs cut small slits.Then rub the turmeric all over the Chicken and keep asideTake a small dish and add all the ingredients and mix well. Then take the whole chicken and rub this spice mixture all over the chicken both inside and outside. After applying the spice mixture take 2 pieces of kitchen thread and tie the chicken at both ends. Then place the chicken on a baking dish.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Before baking the chicken rub the butter on both sides. After about 45 minutes turn the chicken and rub the butter again and continue baking.After 1 and 1/2 hours this delicious chicken will be ready and can be garnished with slices of cut lime and cilantro leaves.
