  •   1 teaspoon salt
  •   1 bay leaf
  •   1/2 cup ketchup
  •   1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
  •   1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  •   8 lean pork chops
  •   1 teaspoon celery seed
  •   1 cup water

Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
    2. In a skillet, heat a small amount of oil and brown both sides of the pork chops.
    3. In a bowl combine ketchup, salt, celery seed, nutmeg, vinegar, water, and bay leaf; Pour over chops.
    4. Bake in oven for 90 minutes. Turn chops once during baking.
