  • add   2 red peppers or green peppers or yellow peppers
  • add   3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • add   1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • add   1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • add   green onions
  • add   2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • add   1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
  • add   1 large lime
  • add   2 cloves garlic
  • add   1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • add   1 cup coarsly chopped fresh basil
  • add   4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • add   2-3 teaspoons chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the living daylights out of your lemon owlinto a small b- you should hopefully get about 2tbsp.
  2. Add Soy Sauce, chilli flakes, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and dried basil until evenly combined.
  3. Cut chicken, onion and peppers into thin strips, and cook in a large frying pan or wok with the vegetable oil in it.
  4. Once chicken is cooked add lime juice mixture.
  5. Stir well and cook until all ingredients are coated.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in fresh basil.
