  •   1 can of beans
  •   bread
  •   mushrooms
  •   bacon
  •   sausages
  •   2 eggs
  •   garlic powder
  •   pepper
  •   butter
  •   cheese
  •   milk
  •   lea & perrins sauce

Instructions

  1. first lightly grill 2 sausages whilst cooking add 75ml of milk to a saucepan on a medium heat.
  2. add peper,paprika,garlic,wouster sauce to the milk [a decent sprinkle of each]
  3. Stir together then add a clump of cheese (varys to taste)
  4. whilst cooking cut two to three rashers of bacon into small squares and add into the mix
  5. stir often
  6. cut the mushrooms into slices and add
  7. open the beans and add to the mix and stir together
  8. remove the sausages from the grill slice and add to the pan then cook 3 slices of toast
  9. (remove bread from packet and place under grill until a darker shade)
  10. (or place in toaster until cooked)
  11. stir the mix thouroughly until all the cheese has melted
  12. find a big plate
  13. either butter the toast or add a wedge of butter to the pan
  14. when the contents of the pan are very hot add the eggs just crack open and pour content into pan then stir
  15. leave cooking until satisfied eggs are cooked
  16. place toast on the plate
  17. add the "beans" on top of the toast
  18. If the plate isnt big enough the contents of the pan may spill over the edge
  19. if you burn yourself take pride in the fact that fire is still hot

when finished servind soak the pan in warm water immediatly (helps with the washing up)

These are delicious and so easy to make. If you make your own Chili (it freezes well in small containers), you will have it to make these any time or use another chili recipe. There is really no specified amount that you can make. Just use the three ingredients and as much as you want of all of them and enjoy.
