  • add   1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms
  • add   1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • add   1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • add   sliced green onions (optional)
  • add   3/4 cup milk
  • add   1 lb ground beef
  • add   1 (8 ounce) package wide egg noodles
  • add   1 (1 ounce) packet hidden valley ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Drain and combine with mix, ground beef, mushrooms, sour cream and milk.
  3. Cook and stir until thoroughly heated.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Garnish with green onions, if desired.
