1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin steak (1/2 inch thick)

8 oz mushrooms (about 1 1/2 cups)

1 medium onion

2 garlic cloves (minced)

1/4 butter

1 1/2 beef broth
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
1 tsp Worcerstershire sauce

1/2 c flour
-
1 1/2 c sour cream
-
3 c hot egg noodles
Instructions
- Cook sliced or diced mushroom, finely chopped onion, and garlic in butter over medium heat until soft and brown,
- Remove from pan and cook beef until brown
- Add 1 cup of broth, salt, and Worcerstershire sauce and bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer fore 15 minutes
- In a seperate bowl, mix 1/2 c broth and flour and Add to beef
- Place mushrooms and onion mixture back in the pan and bring to a boil, stiring for a minute.
- Remove from heat and add sour cream
- Return to heat and warm
- Serve generous amount over warm noodles
