- add 1 tablespoon Chambord raspberry liquor
- add chilled champagne
- add 1/2 teaspoon blackberry sorbet or passion fruit sorbet
- Pour the Chambord into a Champagne flute and top with Champagne. Add the sorbet and serve at once.
