Blueberry Cream Cheese Salad

Delicious and Fruity Dessert that is pleasing to the EYES and YOUR MOUTH! Great for the Holiday's because you don't feel as guilty eating it as you do with Cakes or Candy!

  • add   1 tablespoon clear vanilla extract
  • add   1/2 cup crushed pecans
  • add   1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • add   1 cup sour cream
  • add   2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (softened)
  • add   2 (6 ounce) boxes of concord grape Jell-O
  • add   1/2 cup crushed pecans
  • add   1 (20 ounce) can blueberry pie filling
  • add   1/2-3/4 cup sugar


  1. Dissolve Jello as directed"MINUS" 1 Cup of the Water.
  2. Add Pie Filling, Pineapples, and Pecans.
  3. Chill until set.
  4. Mix all topping ingredients, except the Pecans, with a mixer or blender until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Spread over set Jello and sprinkle with Pecans.
  6. This recipe can also be made using Strawberry Pie filling and Crushed Pineapples, or Lime Jello and Manderine Orange Segments.
  7. Any combination is fine and its Delicious!
