  • add   - 2 tbsp rice protein powder
  • add   - 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • add   - 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • add   - 1/2 banana
  • add   - 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk


  1. Blend all ingredients together until you achieve the desired consistency.
