  • add   1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • add   2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • add   salt and pepper
  • add   4-5 cloves garlic
  • add   1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • add   4 small tomatoes


  1. In bowl, combine garlic, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add oil, drop by drop, whisking till smooth.
  3. Place tomatoes in a buttered baking dish and spread with mustard mixture.
  4. Broil tomatoes 3 inches from heat for 1 minute or until tops are bubbly and golden.
