  • add   2 Med size Potatoes
  • add   Carrots
  • add   Cabbage
  • add   Scotch Bonnet Pepper
  • add   3 Tomatoes
  • add   1 Large Onion
  • add   1 Bell Pepper
  • add   2 Cups Chicken Stock
  • add   Fresh Garlic
  • add   Salt and Pepper
  • add   Garlic Powder
  • add   2lbs Chicken Tenderloins, cut in 1/2 across on an angle


  1. Season chicken with the exceptions of cabbage, carrots, potatoes and chicken stock. Heat a large skillet with a lid over medium heat. Add oil and chicken, brown chicken on both sides. Throw off excess oil. Add additional seasoning and stir to combine. Cover pan, cook for 15 mins.
