cajun scrambled eggs

THE SECRET IS OUT...... usually i don't give out this recipe out but here it is!!!!! i made it one day, i was just throwing stuff out of the spice cabinet into the eggs. When i make this i never use measurements so the recipe may be a bit confusing! SRRY!!!!

Ingredients [?] Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   -eggs ( 2 per person you are cooking for)
  •   -milk ( about the same amount as eggs)
  •   -Original Tony Chachere's OR Cajun Injector brand Cajun shake
  •   *if you are unfamiliar with these spices, they are just blends of salt, cayenne (red) pepper, black pepper & garlic powder)
  •   - bowl
  •   -frying pan
  •   - a little bit of butter
  •   -tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. - First you crack the eggs into a bowl
  2. - Then you pour the milk
  3. - then you put a couple a couple shakes of the tony's ( or as much as you want, depending on how spicy you like things)
  4. - put some dashes of tabasco sauce into the bowl
  5. - mix it all together
  6. - put butter into frying pan and let it melt
  7. - pour the contents of the bowl into pan
  8. - fry the eggs
  9. - DONE!!!!!!
  10. *OPTIONAL* you can add more tony's if you want
