•   1 pound ground beef 1 pound ground beef
•   1 can pepper jack soup 1 can pepper jack soup
•   1/2 c. water 1/2 c. water
•   1 package taco seasoning mix 1 package taco seasoning mix
•   8 shells tacos 8 shells tacos
•   chopped lettuce chopped lettuce
•   1/2 c. chopped onions 1/2 c. chopped onions
•   1 c. shredded cheese, mild chedder or montery jack 1 c. shredded cheese, mild chedder or montery jack

Instructions

1. cook ground beef until brown, excess fat and out back in skillet, add soup, water and taco seasoning, heat through.
2. put the mixture in taco with soup, lettuce, cheese,and onions. It's good to serve with refried beans and spanish rice... Enjoy !!!
