Got a lot more vegetable stock? What if processed only be Capcay. From pda discarded, mending made capcay only. Capcay is Hokkien dialect which means literally "a variety of vegetables". Chop suey is the name of a popular Chinese specialties typical because of many kinds of vegetables cooked.

  • add   capcay beans
  • add     Preparation Material Capcay:
  • add   1 carrot, thinly sliced crosswise
  • add   50 g peas
  • add   50 ounces green beans, cut crosswise
  • add   50 g corn / utri
  • add   10 stalks caisim
  • add   100 g cauliflower
  • add   50 ounces oyster mushrooms, soak in hot water, drained
  • add   2 sticks of sausage, potong2
  • add   3 pieces of veal meatballs, sliced
  • add   3 pieces of fish balls, sliced
  • add   10 quail eggs, boiled, peeled
  • add   2 stalks scallion, cut into 3 cm
  • add   1 teaspoon pepper
  • add   2 cm ginger, crushed
  • add   50 ml of water
  • add   1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • add   1 tsp fish oil
  • add   1 tsp sugar
  • add   salt to taste
  • add   1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
  • add   1 ripe red tomatoes, potong2
  • add   4 cloves of garlic
  • add   4 spring onions
  • add   4 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. How to make capcay:
  2. Separate vegetables easily wither with difficult withered, potong2, rinsed, drained
  3. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant
  4. Put tomatoes, ginger, meatballs, sausage, and eggs, stir
  5. Put water and hard vegetables wilted, stir over low heat sapai 1/2 wilt
  6. Put suas oysters, fish oil, sugar, pepper, and salt, mix well
  7. Add vegetables and onion is wilted leaves, stir until wilted
  8. Pour the cornstarch solution, stir quickly
  9. Lift, ready to be served
