how often you wonder what you like to have as a side dish in summer or when ever.. here is a easy fix.

- add 3 cups match stick carrots
- add (packaged or cut from baby carrots)
- add 1 TBS Balsamic vinegar, red wine or apple cider
- add 2 TBS Extra virgin olive oil
- add 1 garlic clove or powder to taste
- add 1/2 Tea spoon dill or cilantro
- add 1 TBS dried onion flakes or green onion chopped fine.
- add 1/4 Tea spoon ground mustard .
- in a bowl mix all ingredient s. add the carrots .
- serve as side dish to any meat, fish or chicken
