  •   Half a nice Cauliflower.
  •   2 big onions (or 3 small ones).
  •   4 handfuls of pea's.
  •   Butter.
  •   Enough cheese for your taste.
  •   Salt and Pepper.
  •   Again you can add what ever else you want, carrot, corn ect

Instructions

  1. Boil or steam (i prefer steamed vegetables) the cauliflower for about 20-25 minutes until soft. While cauliflower is cooking, Cut up onion/s into medium chunks, and start the butter melting in your awesome non-stick frying pan, then add the pea's and fry for 5 minutes. Then add the onion( if you are adding your other things, add them now). Fry for a further 5 minutes stirring regularly.
  2. Grate the cheese, you'll need a good three big handfuls of cheese.
  3. When the onion and pea's are done, layer them into a baking dish, placing the cauliflower on top. Add salt and pepper to taste, then add the cheese on top and around the cauliflower, covering the pea's and onions on the bottom. (pea's and onion shouldn't be anywhere but under the bits of cauliflower, cheese should melt and fuse them together)
  4. Bake in oven at 200 degree's for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve and eat. You can also add sour cream, it goes well with the cheese and onion.

This dish goes well with pork chops, or is a nice way to spice up plain chicken. Remember to add sour cream, to boost the flavor!!

I was looking for something quick and good for dinner and had some leftover spaghetti noodles and some cheese cubes I needed to use before the exp. date. I tossed this together in about 5 mins and baked. I served it with a tossed salad and garlic bread it was fast, great and became a family favorite.
