Change Serving Size
  • add   2 cups white lily self rising flour
  • add   1/3 cup lard - shortening
  • add   2/3 cup buttermilk
  • add   melted butter


  1. Blend flour & lard/shortening together with fingers. Add the buttermilk and mix for one minute. Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 450* for 8-10 minutes. Brush tops with melted butter
