This recipe is based on the infamous cracker barrell biscuits served in their resturant.

- add 2 cups white lily self rising flour
- add 1/3 cup lard - shortening
- add 2/3 cup buttermilk
- add melted butter
- Blend flour & lard/shortening together with fingers. Add the buttermilk and mix for one minute. Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 450* for 8-10 minutes. Brush tops with melted butter
