  • add   1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • add   1 can cream of chicken soup
  • add   1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
  • add   1/3 cup milk
  • add   1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • add   10 7-inch flour tortillas
  • add   1 can cream of chicken soup
  • add   1/4 teaspoon salt
  • add   1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • add   1 medium onion
  • add   1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • add   1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms
  • add   1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • add   3 cups chopped cooked chickens


  1. In a large saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
  2. Stir in chicken, soup, sour cream, mushrooms, green chiles, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spoon approx 1/2 c.
  4. chicken mixture in center of each tortilla; roll up and place seam side down in a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
  5. Combine topping ingredients.
  6. Spoon over tortillas.
  7. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
