Instructions

  1. -GREASE A CASEROLE DISH WITH A SMALL PAT OF BUTTER-CUT YOUR CHICKEN BREASTS INTO 2" SQUARES-ADD THE CHICKEN, SOUR CREAM, MAYONAISSE,HEAVY CREAM AND CROUTONS IN A BOWL. ADD SALT AND PEPPER AND MIX TILL SMOOTH-PAR BOIL FROZEN BROCCOLI FLOUETTES AND LET DRAIN WELL-COVER THE BOTTOM OF THE CASEROLE DISH WITH A EVEN LAYER OF BROCCOLI AND THEN POUR THE CHICKEN MIXTURE ON TOP OF BROCCOLI AND SPREAD EVENLY ON TOP-SPRINCKLE BREADCRUMBS OVER THE TOP AND ADD PATS OF BUTTER ABOUT 2" APART OF TOP-COOK UNCOVERED AT 350 DEGREES FOR 50 MINUTES-SERVE WITH RICE... YOUR CHICKEN (PROTEIN) AND BROCCOLI (VEGGIES) ARE ALL IN THERE.-VERY SIMPLE TO MAKE AND THERE ARE NEVER ANY LEFTOVERS EVER
