  •   1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  •   3 packages of Barilla 3-4 cheese Tortolini
  •   1/2 stick of butter
  •   1 1/2 cups garlic spread
  •   8 chopped cloves of garlic
  •   1-2 cups prepared Bruschetta
  •   1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  •   1 can petite diced tomatoes
  •   2 packages of Purdue Short Cuts Original Chicken

Instructions

  1. Precook the tortollini . Toss the tortollini with some olive oil so it doesn't stick together. and set aside
    Chop the garlic, chicken and basil.
    In a warm pan saute the garlic in the garlic spread and butter, when softened add the cut up chicken and basil, and toss till the chicken is warmed and has absorbed some of the garlic spred mixture.
    Add the bruchetta and the diced tomatoes. Cook till bubbly.
    Add the tortollini on top of the chicken mixture and cook another few minutes until you see steam seeping up out of the tortollini.
    Toss the tortollini and the chicken mixture,
    Add the grated parmesan cheese on top , cover pan for 5-8 minutes then just turn off the heat.
    Keep pan covered until you are ready to serve.
