Change Serving Size
  • add   2 med. Chicken legs( cut into 2 piece)
  • add   3 different color peppers(Red ,Green, yellow) diced in big chunk.
  • add   1 large onion yellow , or Red diced in big chunck.
  • add   4 green onion
  • add   4 large clove of Garlic sliced
  • add   5 large tomatoes tomatoes any color or combination.
  • add   Italian spices( oregano, Basil,Thyme) to your taste.
  • add   paprika, turmeric ,cinnamon to your taste.
  • add   2 table spoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • add   salt & lemon pepper to taste.


  1. in a deep pan brown the chicken legs on both side for 10 min.
  2. put the chicken aside.
  3. in the sam deep pan Saut'e all the ingredients,
  4. onion, garlic tomatoes, peppers .
  5. Then slow cook for 10 min.
  6. add the chicken legs & extra virgin olive oil to the deep pan & cook for another 20 min.
  7. use over cooked rice or pasta.
  8. Enjoy!!
