In fall & winter a good comfort food is always welcomed!! you have a family & friend or anytime gathering this recipe is a great pleaser for the crowed!!
- add 2 med. Chicken legs( cut into 2 piece)
- add 3 different color peppers(Red ,Green, yellow) diced in big chunk.
- add 1 large onion yellow , or Red diced in big chunck.
- add 4 green onion
- add 4 large clove of Garlic sliced
- add 5 large tomatoes tomatoes any color or combination.
- add Italian spices( oregano, Basil,Thyme) to your taste.
- add paprika, turmeric ,cinnamon to your taste.
- add 2 table spoon Extra virgin olive oil
- add salt & lemon pepper to taste.
- in a deep pan brown the chicken legs on both side for 10 min.
- put the chicken aside.
- in the sam deep pan Saut'e all the ingredients,
- onion, garlic tomatoes, peppers .
- Then slow cook for 10 min.
- add the chicken legs & extra virgin olive oil to the deep pan & cook for another 20 min.
- use over cooked rice or pasta.
