  • add   1 onion, finely chopped
  • add   3 tbsp. oil
  • add   salt and pepper
  • add   8 burger buns
  • add   1 onion, chopped
  • add   2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • add   1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • add   1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
  • add   1 tomato, seeded and chopped
  • add   2 carrots, chopped
  • add   2 pounds ground chicken
  • add   1 egg
  • add   1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • add   1 tablespoon Old Bay ? Seasoning
  • add   kosher salt to taste
  • add   black pepper to taste
  • add   Check All Add to Shopping List

Instructions

  2. 1. Put the sausagemeat, sage and onion stuffing mix and chopped onion into a bowl
  3. 2. Mix together and season with salt and pepper
  4. 3. Transfer the mixture to a lightly floured board and shape into 8 burgers
  5. 4. Fry the burgers in the oil for about 8 minutes on each side or until burgers are cooked
  6. 5. Split the burger buns and place under a grill/broiler to toast lightly
  7. 6. Place burgers in buns, top with relish and serve
