Ingredients [?] Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   2 10oz. cans of Hungry Jack flaky biscuits
  •   1 tsp. dry basil
  •   4 oz. swiss cheese, grated
  •   1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
  •   3/4 cup mayonaise
  •   1 small onion, chopped fine
  •   1 lb. bacon, chopped and cooked crisp
  •   2 chicken breasts, cooked, and diced

Instructions

  1. In a stainless bowl, mix the diced chicken, bacon, onion, mayonnaise, tomato, swiss cheese, and basil.

    Take each flaky biscuit and separate into 2 thinner ones. Press each thinner biscuit into mini-muffin pan. Fill cups with chicken mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

    Serve as a hot or cold appetizer. They may also be assembled the night before and cooked the next morning.
