Instructions

  1. HEAT 1/4 OF OLIVE OIL IN STOCK POT/ADD CHICKEN BREAST AND BROWN/WHEN GHICKEN IS BROWN SAUTE SLICED GARLIC WITH CHICKEN FOR ANOTHER MINUTE OR TWO UNITL GARLIC STARTS TO TURN BROWN/ADD 3-4 CUPS OF WATER/ENOUGH TO COVER CHICKEN/MORE WATER MAY NEEDTO BE ADDED/THEN ADD PEPPER,SALT, PARSLEY AND OREGANO/SIMMER ON LOW FOR 1 1/2 HOURS/SERVE BROTH OVER SPAGETTI WITH CHICKEN ONTHE SIDE/THIS IS A VERY SIMPLE MEAL TO PREPARE/BUT TASTES GREAT/THE KIDS LOVE IT
