  • add   1/2 cup butter
  • add   1/2 teaspoon salt
  • add   2 tablespoons chicken broth
  • add   1/2 lb chicken livers
  • add   1 dash cayenne pepper
  • add   2 tablespoons brandy
  • add   4 ounces cream cheese
  • add   1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • add   1 onion

Instructions

  1. Bring liver, onions, chicken broth, brandy to boil.
  2. Cook 5 min.
  3. Put inblender.
  4. Add paprika, salt and cayenne pepper.
  5. Blend on high.
  6. Add butter and cream cheese. Pour in a mold or container.
  7. Let stand covered in refrigerator untilfirm about 3 hours.
  8. Serve with crackers or party rye.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
