  •   i am going to make it to what i would if i were feeding my family.
  •   CHICKEN PASTA:
  •   2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  •   1 med. size chicken cooked
  •   1 can pieces and stems mushrooms
  •   4 to 5 cups of pasta ( what ever kind that you prefer)
  •   2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  •   1 small onion
  •   STUFFED MUSHROOMS:
  •   fresh mushrooms
  •   simulated crab meat
  •   1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  •   1/2 cup mayannaise
  •   1 can tuna or salmon
  •   1 small onion

Instructions

  1. CHICKEN PASTA:
  2. precook the whole chicken and debone it. cook the required amount of pasta and drain when it is done cooking. put pasta and chicken together in a caseral dish and add the cream of mushroom soup to it mixing well so that it is smooth
  3. then add the mushroom as well and add the finely chopped onion and stir all together till well blended and then sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozeralla cheese over the top of the mixture and place in the oven for 25 min or till the cheese is completely melted and a little golden. cook at 350
  4. F.
  5. STUFFED MUSHROOMS:
  6. in a bowl mix together the tuna or salmon the finely diced onion, mayannaise and the simulated crab meat and mix that together but be sure not to add all the mayannaise all at one time as it may make the mixture to juicy and you done want that, add it so that when you mix all the ingredients together that it would stay together and look more like a paste. wash the fresh mushrooms good and take out the stems but be carefull not to break the mushroom apart when removing the stems. if you wish you can shred the stem and add to the mixture so as not to have much waste. put a small amount of the mixture into the centers of each muchroom and place them on a lightly grease baking sheet. cook for 10 - 15 min. then remove and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the tops and put bake into the over till cheese is melted ot until golden. cook at 350 F. best served hot.

you can use a marbled cheese as well if you would like. green onion as well if you like to have color and you can sprinkle powdered cheese as well over the pasta if you desire to do so. hope that you enjoy it as much as we all do.

This recipe was developed by PASTA PRESS and printed in their magazine. This is one favorite impromptu dishes during the summer months when arugula is plentiful. As the arugula threads its way through thepasa, its peppery flavor compliments the sweetness of the pan-roasted garlic and fresh tomatoes.
