  • add   Preheated oven to 375
  • add   A Medium Casserole Dish
  • add   4 medium chicken Breast
  • add   Instant Rice
  • add   1 Pkt onion Soup Mix
  • add   1 14.5 oz can of Chicken Broth
  • add   1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • add   1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup


  1. Pour soups and broth into casserole dish, fill broth can with instant rice add to casserole dish. Lay chicken breast on top and bake for 35-45 minutes uncovered . Variations - add broccoli, asparagus , green bean, mushrooms or use cream of celery instead of cream of mushroom.
