  •   4 cups cooked (al dente) wide egg noodles
  •   1/2 cup cooking sherry
  •   1 cup of sour cream
  •   1 can cream of csoup
  •   1 can cream of mushroom soup
  •   1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  •   1 Sleeve Ritz crackers
  •   1 stick of melted butter
  •   6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Salt, pepper, and paprika

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Put the crackers in a zip lock and crush them using a rolling pin. Pour them onto a plate. Add the parmesan cheese and mix.

    Dip the chicken in the melted butter and then roll in the cracker crumb mixture. Place it on an ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake 350 degrees approximately 30-40 minutes.

    In a saucepan, add the two soups, sour cream, 2 teaspoons of paprika and 1/2 cup of cooking sherry. Mix well and heat throroughly. Simmer 10 minutes.

    Serve the sauce on top of the chicken and the noodles.
