  • add   3 large chicken breast cut in big chunks ( can use lamb,beef,turky )
  • add   3 med white potato peeled washed & cut in big chunks
  • add   1 large onion peeled & diced diced
  • add   1 16 oz can stewed tomato in italian seasonig
  • add   6 stalk of celery washed & cut in big chunks
  • add   6 large clove garlic peeled & diced
  • add   2 teaspoon turmeric
  • add   2 teasoopn paprika
  • add   lemon peper to taste as needed
  • add   extra virgin olive oil
  • add   water as needed
  • add   salt to taste

Instructions

  1. in a large non stick pot borwn the chicken witholive oil & lemon peper for 5 min, add diced onion ,garlic, stewed tomato , celery. add turmeric,paprika
  2. cover the pot and cook for 15 min.. brown the potato in a non stik pan for 5 min. & then add to stew.. cover & cook for another 10 min. chek & see if you need to add water to stew..simmer for another 10 to 15..min.. turn the stove off & let it site for 10 to 15 min. befor serving
  3. you can serve this dis over basmati rice or french or pita bread
