  • add   8 Cups Water
  • add   1/2 tsp tumeric
  • add   1 tsp Lemon Pepper
  • add   1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
  • add   1 TBSP minced garlic
  • add   3 chicken boullion cubes
  • add   3 stalks Celery sliced thin with leaves
  • add   3 Carrots sliced thin
  • add   1 Medium Onion
  • add   1 Pkg. Cheese Tortellini
  • add   4 whole chicken breasts


  1. Using a deep soup pot, place washed, raw chicken with skin and bones in water along with onions, carrots and celery. When chicken is cooked through, remove from pot to cool. Add boullion, garlic, italian seasoning, lemon pepper, and tumeric to water and simmer.Skin and debone breasts and dice meat into bite sized pieces, then return to soup.Serve with warm french bread.Serves 6
