  • add   extra chicken wing sauce
  • add   chunky blue cheese dressing
  • add   sliced tomato
  • add   sliced onion
  • add   Garnish:
  • add   salt and pepper to taste
  • add   1/2 cup chicken wing sauce (medium)
  • add   1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • add   1 egg
  • add   1 cup italian style bread crumbs
  • add   1 bundle green onion (diced fine)
  • add   1 pound ground chicken breast (no skin)

Instructions

  1. Place all your ingredients in a bowl and mix them thoroughly. If you can't find ground chicken, use a food processor to achieve a hamburger-like texture. Take a good sized handful of meat and form into patties (this makes about 5 adult sized burgers). Oil a non-stick pan and fry on both sides until browned, then finish by baking the patties in the oven at 300 degrees for about 15 minutes until cooked through. Serve on buns with a fresh slice of tomato, onion, chicken wing sauce and blue cheese dressing. Note: an alternative to burgers is using this recipe for meatballs with a barbeque sauce.
