  • add   1 large eggs, beat
  • add   8 oz frozen peas and carrots
  • add   8oz frozen chopped broccoli
  • add   2 large garlic cloves, chopped
  • add   1 small onion, chopped
  • add   1/2 stick salted butter
  • add   1/4 cup soy sauce
  • add   1 3/4 cup water
  • add   1 cup un-cooked rice
  • add   Fried rice:
  • add   1 1/2 cup duck sauce
  • add   1/4 tsp pepper
  • add   1/2 tsp salt
  • add   1 tsp garlic powder
  • add   4 split chicken breasts


  1. Chicken:Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry.Season chicken with garlic, salt and pepper and place in roasting pan.Bake chicken with a little bit of water on botton of pan for 20 minutes.Add 1 cup duck sauce and bake for an additional 25 minutes.Transfer each chicken breast to a serving plate - set aside.Add remaining 1/2 cup duck sauce to pan drippings and stir. Place 2 TBS drippings over chicken.Fried rice:Boil rice in 1 3/4 cup water with 1/4 cup soy sause and cook until liquid is absorbed.Melt butter in pan. Add onions and saute for 5 minutes. Add garlic and frozen vegetables, saute for an additional 5 minutes. Add eggs and stir until well blended. Serve along side chicken breast and enjoy.
