1/2 kg Boneless Chicken

2 tbsp chilli or normal Soya Sauce

1 Egg white/ full egg

2 tbsp Corn Flour

4-5 Chopped Green Chilies

4-5 spring Onion Chopped

1 capsicum sliced into thin strips

2-3 tsp Garlic Paste

Salt to taste

1 tsp Pepper Powder

1 tsp Sugar

1 cup Water (chicken stock)

1 tbsp Oil + Oil to fry
Instructions
- Cut the boneless chicken pieces into small cubes.
- Take 1tbsp. Soya sauce, 1tbsp. corn flour, salt, egg in a bowl and marinate chicken pieces in the mixture and leave for about 10-15 minutes in freezer.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry all the sides of the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown. Once it is done, remove excess oil from the pieces with tissue paper. In a separate wok heat 1 tbsp. oil and add garlic paste and green chilies and saut? for few seconds and add spring onions .
- Add 1 cup of water. Bring to boil and add sugar, pepper powder, salt and remaining Soya sauce.
- Add fried chicken pieces to it and cook for few minutes. Add sliced capsicum.
- Dissolve the remaining corn flour in 1/2 cup water and add to the curry stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve Chineese chili chicken :) hot garnished with chopped green onion tops.
