•   2 packets instant vanilla pudding 2 packets instant vanilla pudding
•   3 cups skim milk 3 cups skim milk
•   1- 9 oz. carton of cool whip 1- 9 oz. carton of cool whip
•   1 tab butter 1 tab butter
•   1 box graham crackers 1 box graham crackers
•   6 oz. pack of chocolate chips 6 oz. pack of chocolate chips
•   4 tbsp. of shortening 4 tbsp. of shortening
•   4 tbsp. milk 4 tbsp. milk
•   4 tbsp. white caro syrup 4 tbsp. white caro syrup

Instructions

1. 1) Whip pudding and milk in a small bowl. Mix in cool whip.
2. 2) Lightly butter bottom of pan. Layer graham crackers to cover the surface.
3. 3) Spread pudding mixture across crackers, and top with another layer of graham, layer of pudding, and one more layer of graham.
4. 4) Heat chocolate chips, shortening, milk, and caro syrup over medium heat.
5. 5) Pour over top layer of graham crackers and let chill in refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
