I got it from my old college friend.. I spent a week at my college friend's parents' home for the holidays.. The hidden ingredient in it was the mashed potatoes, you could not taste it!! So good!! I still make it every year!! My family love it!!

Ingredients [?] Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   3/4 cup mashed potatoes
  •   1 lb coconut flakes (4 cups)
  •   1 box (1 lb) powdered sugar
  •   1 tsp almond extract ( I also tried orange extract .. so good!)

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients. Shape into balls, about 1 to 2 tsp size for each ball
  2. Chill at least 1 hour
  3. Chocolate Coating
  4. 2 cups semi- sweet chocolate chips
  5. 9 square semi-sweet chocolate (9 oz)
  6. Melt chocolate and mix well, Dip cold coconut balls. And chill the balls for few hours..
  7. Make about 75 balls
