  • add   Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • add   Few sprigs parsley, chopped
  • add   Few drops of hot pepper sauce
  • add   1 tsp. Worcestershire
  • add   1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • add   8 oz. cream cheese
  • add   1 (10 1/2 oz.) can minced clams


  1. Drain clams, reserving liquid. Beat together 1/4 cup liquid, clams and remaining ingredients. Serve as dip for potato chips or crisp crackers. Makes 2 cups.
