Melt in your mouth treats!! I use parchment paper sprayed with veggie spray (Pam), have never had them stick or burn.

Ingredients [?] Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   2 egg whites
  •   1 cup sugar
  •   1 cup fine coconut

Instructions

    1. Beat egg whites until they stand in peaks.
    2. Gradually add sugar, beat again until stiff.
    3. Add coconut, carefully fold inches.
    4. Drop by teaspoonful on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper and sprayed with veggie spray.
    5. Bake in a 250F degree oven for 25 minutes.
    6. Do not preheat oven.
