  • add   4 Large pieces of catfish (skinless & boneless)
  • add   Corn Meal
  • add   Canola Oil
  • add   Salt & Pepper
  • add   Garlic Powder


  1. In large skillet (cast iron preffered) heat canola oil (medium to high) Slice catfish in halves and season on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Dip fish in the corn meal and make sure that there is a good coat on both sides. Cook until golden brown, turning halfway through.
