  • add   1 lb ground turkey or pork
  • add   4 medium potatoes, sliced or diced
  • add   2 cans 16 oz. pork n beans
  • add   1/2 large onion, diced
  • add   1/2 large green pepper, diced
  • add   ketchup to taste


  1. In large skillet, brown turkey/pork and drain any remaining grease. Saute onions and peppers and add to turkey/pork. Preheat oven to 325* . In a large baking dish coat with pam and layer the ingredients as follows: 1/2 the ground turkey/pork mixture, 1/2 the potatoes, 1 can pork n beans and as much ketchup as you want so that you have 2 layers of each ingredient and ketchup on top. Bake at 325* for 45 minutes to an hour. (Until potatoes are tender).
