  • add   2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • add   1/2 cup crushed, chopped parsley
  • add   2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • add   1/4 teaspoon blackening seasoning
  • add   2 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • add   2 teaspoons black pepper
  • add   2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • add   2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • add   2 lbs crabmeat
  • add   1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • add   1/4 teaspoon salt
  • add   5 egg yolks


  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Make into 4 oz. patties
  3. Coat with flour and fry in 1 inch of oil until golden brown.
